What is A2 Cow Ghee?
A2 cow ghee is made from the milk of cows that produce only A2 beta-casein protein, which is easier to digest and more nutritious than regular A1 protein found in most commercial dairy. Our ghee is made using the traditional bilona churning method, preserving all natural nutrients and aroma.
How is your ghee different from store-bought ghee?
Our ghee is 100% pure, made from grass-fed cows using traditional methods. It contains no preservatives, no artificial colors, and no additives. Store-bought ghee often contains vegetable oil blends and artificial flavors. Our ghee has a natural golden color and rich aroma.
What is vermicompost and how do I use it?
Vermicompost is organic fertilizer produced by earthworms breaking down organic matter. It's rich in nutrients and beneficial microorganisms. Use it by mixing 1 part vermicompost with 3 parts soil for potted plants, or spread a 1-2 inch layer on garden soil before planting.
Is your turmeric powder organic?
Yes, our turmeric powder is 100% organic, sourced from certified organic farms. It has high curcumin content (5-7%), which gives it the vibrant golden color and potent health benefits. No artificial colors or additives are added.
Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Amazon Pay), and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders. All online payments are secured by Razorpay.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and email with tracking details. You can also track your order using our Track Order page by entering your order ID.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. For modifications, please contact our customer support immediately via WhatsApp or phone.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for damaged or defective products. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours with photos. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval. For detailed policy, visit our Refund Policy page.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days for most locations in India. Metro cities typically receive orders within 3-5 business days. Remote areas may take 7-10 business days. Express delivery options are available for select locations.
What are the shipping charges?
We offer FREE shipping on orders above ₹500. For orders below ₹500, a nominal shipping charge of ₹50 applies. Bulk orders and wholesale inquiries have special shipping rates - please contact us for details.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India. We are working on international shipping options and will update our customers when available. For international inquiries, please contact our customer support.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?
