Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. To cancel your order:
- Contact us via phone or email with your order details
- Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of order placement
- Full refund will be processed to the original payment method
- Refund processing time: 5-7 business days
1.2 After Dispatch
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery at the time of receipt, and the product will be returned to us. Refund will be processed after we receive the returned product.
2. Returns and Refunds
2.1 Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery:
- Send photos of the damaged product via email or WhatsApp
- Provide order number and product details
- Our team will verify the issue and arrange replacement or refund
- Replacement will be shipped free of cost
2.2 Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days:
- Credit/Debit Card: 7-10 business days
- UPI: 3-5 business days
- Net Banking: 7-10 business days
- Wallet: 3-5 business days
- COD: Refund via bank transfer or store credit
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
- Items returned after 48 hours of delivery
- Products without original packaging
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Food products once opened or consumed
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our customer support via phone or email
- Provide your order number and reason for refund
- Submit required documentation (photos, etc.)
- Wait for our team to review and approve the request
- Receive confirmation of refund initiation
- Track refund status with your payment provider
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed. If you don't receive the refund within the specified timeframe, please contact your bank or payment provider.
5. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations:
- Only some items in an order are damaged or incorrect
- Product is not available for replacement
- Customer agrees to partial refund as resolution
6. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the order. In case of COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, subject to verification.
