1. Delivery Coverage
Sonshloka Organics delivers products across India. We currently ship to all states and union territories in India, including major cities and rural areas through our delivery partners.
2. Delivery Timeframes
2.1 Standard Delivery
Average delivery time: 0-7 business days from order confirmation
- Metro Cities: 2-4 business days
- Tier-2 Cities: 3-5 business days
- Rural Areas: 5-7 business days
2.2 Express Delivery
Express delivery options may be available for select locations. Additional charges may apply for express shipping.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days:
- Order verification and payment confirmation
- Quality check and packaging
- Handover to shipping partner
- Tracking information generation
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on:
- Order value and weight
- Delivery location
- Shipping method selected
Free shipping may be available for orders above a specified value. Check the product page or cart for applicable shipping charges.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
- WhatsApp message with tracking details
- Real-time tracking link to monitor shipment status
You can track your order using the tracking number on our shipping partner's website or through the link provided in the confirmation message.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our shipping partners will attempt delivery:
- Up to 3 attempts at the delivery address
- Between 9 AM and 7 PM on business days
- With prior notification via phone call or SMS
If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse. You may contact us to reschedule delivery or request a refund.
7. Delivery Address
Please ensure you provide:
- Complete and accurate delivery address
- Valid contact number for delivery coordination
- Landmark if applicable for easier location
- Any specific delivery instructions
We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after dispatch may not be possible.
8. Delays and Exceptions
Delivery timelines may vary due to:
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- Regional restrictions or local holidays
- Address accessibility issues
- High demand during festive seasons
- Force majeure events beyond our control
In case of significant delays, we will inform you via email or phone and provide updated delivery estimates.
9. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India. International shipping may be introduced in the future.
